Introducing United Nations Girl Up Foundation

We are delighted to again be collaborating with UN Girl Up Europe to support young female professionals on their leadership journeys.

Girl Up was founded by the UN Foundation in 2010 as an initiative to help support UN agencies that focus on adolescent girls.

Girl Up’s leadership development programs have impacted 65,000 girls through 3,500 Clubs in nearly120 countries and and all 50 U.S. states. We’re inspiring a generation of girls to be a force for gender equality and social change.

The Europe team is led by Phoebe Sennett

Phoebe works for Girl Up as their Europe Regional Leader. Phoebe is passionate about increasing Girl Up’s impact in Europe by helping young women and girls to forge leadership skills to bring about a movement for social change in their communities and beyond.

Within the Girl Up Europe team, there are four inspiring women; Roisin, Joy, Marie and Sofia, all of whom specialise in various areas of growth for Girl Up Europe and who strive towards gender equality.

Check out their platforms @girlupuk and @girlupeurope for all Girl Up initiatives and updates in Europe. They offer a safe and educative space, with a mission to unite girls to change the world."
