Her Excellency

Dr. (Mrs) Olufolake Abdulrazaq First Lady of Kwara State and Founder of Ajike People's Support Center

We are excited to announce Her Excellency Dr. (Mrs) Olufolake Abdulrazaq First Lady of Kwara State, Nigeria as a keynote speaker at our inaugural Africa Leadership for Women Forum.

With about 25 years of service from roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs🇳🇬 to the Nigeria High Commission, London🇬🇧. Mrs. Abdulrazaq has held major positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs🇳🇬, Nigeria High Commission🇿🇦, Embassy of Nigeria Paris🇫🇷, and as Minister (Consular Education & Welfare) at the Nigeria High Commission, London🇬🇧.

Dr. (Mrs) Olufolake Abdulrazaq is also currently the Director of The Economic Consular and Legal Department, and the founder of Ajike People’s Support Center where through a well thought out strategy and an all-inclusive selection process she supports innercity women and grassroots communities.

Ridhwana Shaik

Co-Founder/Creative Lead at Creatively.Connected Consulting

A creative-economy and sustainability consultant with over 10 years of experience in the footwear and apparel industry.

From having worked in Asia to building brands in Africa, she has created extensive networks and continues to build a circle of influence around her work.

As the co-founder of a creative agency called Creatively  ConnectedConsulting, she helps small brands build products from idea to production within the creative space.

She is a Branson Centre fellow and the winner of the British Council Innovation in Business prize in 2015. She is also the recipient of several scholarships and is currently doing her MA at the London College of Fashion with the aim of graduating in 2021with her research focusing on the African Foot.

She also facilitates various workshops around design-thinking, footwear making and runs a few pro-bono workshops per year teaching previously disadvantaged women how to make baby shoes by repurposing fabric and textile waste.

Dr Abosede Lewu

Director, Girlsaide Initiative and KAMA Project | Naija OBGYN Doctor™️ | Social Impact Leader | Public Speaker

Abosede is a Medical Doctor, Social Entrepreneur, and Development Practitioner. She is an avid advocate for the right of girls, youths, and women as well as an expert in sexual and reproductive health (OBGYN).

Through her foundation, Abosede has touched the lives of over 20,000 women through free cervical cancer screens, sexual health education projects and the recently launched Keep All Mothers Alive Programme in partnership with leading organisations such as World Connect, Access Bank, Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation, Novartis and many more.

She is a recipient of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders by President Barack Obama.

Nkechi Runsewe, GTML™

Head of Talent Engagement, Diageo, Nigeria

Nkechi Runsewe is a Talent Management Leader who identifies, nurtures, and develops talent to transform businesses and drive a high-performance culture. In her current role as Head of Talent Engagement at Diageo, she has responsibility for cross-functional business plans and priorities to ensure the execution of Guinness Nigeria’s Talent Agenda.

She has cross-industry experience across Consulting, Media & Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. She started her career as a Management Consultant at Accenture and has held Management and HR Leadership roles at Etisalat Nigeria, M-Net Africa, and FBNQuest Merchant Bank.

Nkechi is passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves and hosts Career Conversations with Business Leaders targeted at early and mid-career professionals.

She is on the Executive Committee of Guinness Nigeria’s Spirited Women’s Network (SWN) and is an active

facilitator, teacher, and mentor speaking at several platforms on Personal & Career Development, Talent Management, and Leadership.

Miriam Nangula 

Executive Manager: Human Resources at Northern Regional Electricity Distributor, Namibia, she also serves as Board Member at Namibia Employer Organization (NEF).

Miriam holds her (MBA) Majored in Management Strategy form the University of Namibia and is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Organization Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She has worked in different institutions in Namibia where she has contributed significantly and is one of the few women in management positions of key corporations in her sector.

Kofi Asmah, Managing Partner Gyandoh Asmah and Co and Director of The African Economic Development Center

Kofi Asmah is Co-Chair for the Ghanaian Hungarian Business Council. Kofi Asmah is a lawyer and serial entrepreneur and is deeply committed to narrowing the divide between developed countries and emerging nations, by promoting more foreign direct investment from the US and Europe into Africa. He is a director of the African Economic Development Center of Atlanta, Georgia.

Kofi Asmah is a member of the American Bar Association, Ghana Bar Association, International Bar Association, and a proud member of the Rotary Club.
